Sadique developed a fascination with Chiropractic while attending the Chiropractic faculty at University to seek help with his own posture during his Human Biology studies. He was convinced he had found his calling and graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2013.
Since then, Sadique has garnered valuable experience while working at prestigious institutions such as the Cardiff International Olympic Swimming Centre and the Ice Arena Wales, home to the Cardiff Devils Ice Hockey team. He has also provided chiropractic care for the NoFit State Circus Acrobats and a former boxing IBF world featherweight champion.
Outside of his chiropractic work, Sadique enjoys lending his culinary skills to the family restaurant and participating in various physical activities such as boxing, wrestling, and ju-jitsu.
Sadique's goal is to help patients attain optimal health for a better quality of life. His guiding principle is, "A healthy spine leads to a healthier life."
James was no stranger to the debilitating effects of migraines during his teenage years. It was during this time that he discovered the transformative power of chiropractic care firsthand. His growing fascination with the intricacies of the human body and his desire to help others led him to pursue a career in chiropractic.
After nearly a decade of working with one of Europe's largest chiropractic companies in Bristol, James decided to return to his native Wales to provide his services to his local community.
Throughout his career, James has had the privilege of providing chiropractic care to hundreds of individuals and their families, including professional athletes such as Team GB swimmers for the 2012 Olympic Games and the Glamorgan County Cricket team in Cardiff, expectant mothers, newborns, and the elderly.
James is passionate about educating the people of Wales about their bodies, teaching them about the true meaning of health, and empowering them to improve their lives through better health. He believes that by providing a better understanding of the body, he can help his patients achieve optimal health and wellness.
